She is personable, friendly, customer oriented, attentive to my questions, asking questions, and keeping me informed on progress, time frames and costs either by texts or in person. I appreciated all these! Sylvestre, the service tech, went the extra mile in getting the sensor from another dealer, getting stuck in traffic due to an accident, and still getting back to complete his work by closing. I very much appreciated both Rahel and Sylvestre in repairing our car that afternoon as we had an all day family commitment the next day!! Rahel has been consistently great to work with in my visits to World Toyota!! More

I was told I needed hundreds of dollars of work on my car, for a couple quick easy fixes that will cost me way less at the other place I take my car. I was not told about issues that they brought up last time (last time they tried to sell me new break pads, but suddenly today my break pad depth was more than fine). I brought the car in six weeks ago for the 75,000 mile service. The service advisor said that the car needed tires. When I said that I was not getting them that day, she would not even send the car back f service. The service advisor said that the car needed tires. She said that since the car needed tires, they would not even rotate the tires. There is no record of that visit in the history. Technicians only look at the mileage to advise of work that needs to be done, example windshield wipers were replaced 4 months ago but because it was not in the history, they said that they needed to be replaced. Service advisor nor the technician said anything today about the car needing tires. The tires were rotated which should have been done the last time I was in. I used to have confidence in the service department but I am losing that quickly. More
