World Toyota provided horrible service My brand new 2019 Tacoma pulled to the left. I took it to World Toyota for an alignment. When I picked it up it still pulled to the left. Screwed Over This place was AWFUL. They screwed us on a deal, sold us a car with a bad transmission then 3 days later would not take the car back. Deal was not fin This place was AWFUL. They told us we had a 5 day return if there were any issues and they did not stand by that. They even admitted, they told us we had 5 days to return the car. I’ve been a World Toyota customer for quite a few years now, and the Service led to a purchase of a Highlander in addition to the 10 year-old Prius that brought me there in the first place. Your Service Department has always been good in my experience, or I’d exercise my right within a Capitalist society, and… take my business elsewhere?!! I wanted to simply share that she was exceptional at engaging me as a customer, making a friend and then making business. She built rapport with me, made me comfortable with her expertise, looked under the hood, assessed recommendations for a 100K+ mile service on the Prius. Haley explained everything thoroughly and I was quickly comfortable and confident in her abilities and direction. She’s truly an asset to the Department, and I wanted to make a bit of positive noise in regard to it. She wasn’t quick to give me your e-mail addresses, but I kept asking, and eventually she caved. She wasn’t seeking any praise, and that only made me want to do it all the more! Please let your staff, Upper Level Management, whoever it may be, know and recognize that she’s a role model employee from my personal customer experience, and Haley’s very beneficial to both World Toyota and the Toyota brand. My belated Father was a General Manager of a Cadillac dealership for 20+ years, and I fully understand that Service is the residual piece of the business model, and most of the vehicles are sold at relatively low margins to drive numbers and feed the Service piece of the model. She keeps people like me coming back, even when I’ve moved to the other side of town, and she should be commended for it! Thanks for your time reading this. Too many people take time to complain ONLY. I try to swim upstream and take time to recognize an exceptional job done well, and that’s what and how I view Haley Camplone to be for Toyota. **BEWARE.... WORLD TOYOTA Sold me a truck with faulty brakes !!!! I Purchased a used 2016 Tahoe from WORLD TOYOTA Chamblee in December 2018. After my purchased I felt something very weird with the brakes and took the truck back to be inspected. They gave me a rental car for two days and found nothing. A month later I almost hit a car in front of me in traffic because the brakes were scrubbing and the truck was very hard to stop. Once I brought it back, I received another rental and was told it was unsafe to drive off the lot, as they found the brake booster needed replacing. Once replaced it seems significantly better. However, after dropping my son off at school a few weeks later I noticed a problem still. I contacted Shane in service and he and the manager of sales told me to bring it in. I decided to make an appt, but later cancelled wanting to take it to an actual Chevy dealer (WT had seen my truck twice & my family was headed out of town and I wanted to double, triple check I wasn’t being paranoid) I contacted a manger Richard (at WORLD TOYOTA) who was nice at one point but declined to call me after a week when I informed him Nash Chevy found a faulty “brake pump” this totaled to be $622.10 on this truck I just purchased. Ask yourself, how a truck can be sold in this condition. How did it pass an overall inspection. After reaching out to a Shane in service and Richard at WORLD TOYOTA. No one returned my calls. I left multiple voice messages as I wanted to be reimbursed. I just got a call today after I had to reached out to the GM Mark Capozza myself. Would you believe He had the nerve to tell me Nash Chevy sold me FEAR! (Regarding my brakes) These words came out of his narcissistic mouth! This is regarding my safety in this truck WORLD TOYOTA sold me. Would you call not stopping your car a major issue??? Would you drive your car in this condition? Would you respect a man that minimizes your fear and tells you another dealership that actually found the problem (that his service department at WORLD TOYOTA couldn’t find) sold you FEAR! I could have died in this truck, hit another vehicle, injuring myself or my son. Meanwhile, his Service department at world Toyota was playing any Meany my Nemo with my truck and MY SAFETY. It’s not even about being paid back the money I spent, (that’s what any decent company would do)...it’s about the respect as a customer and world Toyota family. I paid cash for my Tahoe. I own it free and clear. Maybe if I wasn’t an African American Female they would’ve respected me more! Maybe I would’ve received a call back. Maybe if I was a white male they would have shown more respect for the situation and me and my sons safety, in the faulty truck They sold me at WORLD TOYOTA! This message is for anyone who is even thinking about doing business with these unprofessional salesmen. All they care about is your sale. You will simply be a number to them. Not to mention a few weeks after purchase I discovered they ran my credit without my permission, even though they knew I was paying cash before I walked in the door. Guess they figured this young Black woman didn’t have any money so decided to run my credit for possible financing, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!! They are So wrong for that! I Never got an apology about that & No one accepted responsibility. I’m not one to right reviews but I am outraged. Everyone should know about this! I am a single mother, my son has no father as he died 2 years ago. My safety and my sons safely Is Very important to me. I could have sued these clowns for the condition they sold this truck in. They need to Thank Nash Chevy for a job well done because their service department is clearly incompetent! If I can save someone from the mental anguish I have had to deal with working with these scammers, that is what I will do. To top it all off, not only did they run my credit without my knowledge, sell me a truck with faulty a brake system, the air doesn’t even work in this beautiful truck. Now that’s comical, but it’s ok. I was blessed enough to pay for my truck cash, I can fix my air and anything else. I won’t stop until I let the world know just what I had to deal with from the good folks at WORLD TOYOTA, and hopefully you make a better choice to go some where you will be valued, that’s PRICELESS! Little do they know I have time on my hands to write a review every week if I have to, on any and every site I can find. I will be using my social media where I have 28.4k followers on Instagram and of course Facebook. People need to know just how World Toyota operates. Not to mention word of mouth is everything! DON’T buy anything from WORLD TOYOTA, they do NOT stand behind their name or their vehicles new or used. Any dealership has to be better than them. They are located off Peachtree Industrial. What a joke, starting from the top (GM Mark Capozza, on down to Richard, Shane and Dunbar) the fish usually stinks from the head, so no wonder the service sucks! More

After their diagnosis, I agreed to purchase a used transmission. They said it would take 2-3 days. On the fifth day, I picked up my car only to experience the exact same problems not even ten minutes after driving it off the lot. They then told me that not only will I still be paying the full price for the faulty “repair” already done but I must pay them for a second round of labor since they would be putting in a second transmission. I consulted another mechanic in my family who told me to ask if they had checked if the issue could be with the computer- since my car model had a history of that problems. I asked Toyota world if they had checked my computer and they said yes. This was the first lie. The second was that they were calling in labor from the junkyard- they told me Toyota was not doing this second repair themselves- therefore I must pay this second party as well as them. I called the scrapyard and they do not even staff mechanics and told me only Toyota was touching my car. The upper management tried to further mislead me and demanded more money. I took my car to another mechanic who fixed the car in a day- it was indeed the computer issue. After calling Toyota’s Corporate office I was able to get a refund since it had been over two weeks and my car was no closer to being fixed than the first day it was there. While the corporate offices were professional and courteous, this dealership lacks the basic tenents of service and integrity in business. Do not bring your car here. More

Everything went smooth until I bought the car same day, cash... then check my credit report a month later to see that they pulled my credit WITHOUT my permission. Why? No clue, I never once’s asked for their finances as I knew (they knew as well) I was paying cash for the truck. I feel violated and upset. Mainly because once I called back to question them they transferred me to 3 different people. One who was my salesman who tried to wash his hands of it (claiming he is only a little salesman, these matters are above his pay grade)! Ok but at least have the decency to transfer me and let the person know my issue to make my job easier. Point is they don’t treat u like anything but just a number. I thought I was part of the Toyota family but I feel anything but. I went in today to have them check out brakes (found out I needed a brake booster and my son and I were riding around UNSAFE) after I reported this to my salesman after purchase, they gave me a rental for because they said it wasn’t safe to drive the truck I purchased from THEM! As I sat in the waiting area the salesman who sold me my truck didn’t even have the decency to come speak or say hello. Was I not the same person who shook your hand and made a deal less than 90 days ago?!?! The customer service is terrible. If you want great service go to Eric who is a new excited salesman from FL who just started. He made my wait a bit easier while the person who actually sold me the truck “sashayed” walking past me. I know that them pulling my credit was wrong but I never got an apology. Only instructions on how to dispute on credit report. This place has potential but some of the workers there are GARBAGE. They are too afraid to speak because they know they are wrong and they are on to the next sale. You will be just a number with a price tag when you walk through those doors. I say get to know the person you are going to buy a car from because as I saw today you may need them to right a wrong. (As in my brakes) I give them a 1 out of 5. Do better World Toyota.
