BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM NOT HAPPY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WORLD TOYOTA. I have been a loyal World Toyota customer for many years but not anymore. Took my 2007 Toyota NOT HAPPY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WORLD TOYOTA. I have been a loyal World Toyota customer for many years but not anymore. Took my 2007 Toyota Tundra for an oil change and fuel maintenance service. Also, needed them to look at the front lights as they had repaired them six months prior. I was told my truck was ready for pickup but there was a problem with the lights. So I met with my service advisor Tony Nguyen. He told me that the service department would not repair the lights because the bulb came out to the socket. Funny thing is that the lights worked before I dropped it off, but it would flicker and not stay on. Apparently, the service tech removed the bulb and couldn't get it out. I said WHAT? And they told me that they were not going to get it out. After a LOT of complaining they removed the bulb but would not fix or repair the damage that they had caused. The service manager John Pitera refused to meet with me and refused to fix the problem. I also asked for the general manager to call me and I never got that call. So with that, I say DO NOT take your vehicle to World Toyota for anything. If they won't fix this small item you can imagine what they will do if there is a major problem. The other funny thing is on all my previous services, I would get a follow-up service survey about the service I received. I did not get that call to review my service experience. This is why they keep their great ratings on all the social media sites. Very poor customer care. More

After a few false starts, Mark Capozza, G.M. or owner, continued to try and make things right. I felt the response wasn't fast enough, but knowing what I do now, Mr. Capozza was on it all along. He did exactly what I felt he should: counseled the employee on the importance of customer service. Thank you and outstanding job! More
BEWARE of the Service department BEWARE! The service department told me it would be 45 minutes for an oil change, after an hour I checked and they said it was still being done. When BEWARE! When it was finally done an hour and a half later, I mentioned it to the cashier and she seemed to not care. No apologies, no excuses, nothing. BEWARE! More
Crappy Service Department and Useless Warranry After waiting for 3 hours with a lock actuator that would fail intermittent, they reported back to me, that while it's an warranty item (which they di After waiting for 3 hours with a lock actuator that would fail intermittent, they reported back to me, that while it's an warranty item (which they didn't believe I had the warranty and had to dig out my paperwork to prove it - #getacomputersystem), I was informed that they could not replace the lock actuator (the thing that makes it lock and unlock with the key chain) until it completely fails to operate. So today here I stand waiting with a business colleague to unlock my door from his side because today it failed. I also left a message for the Manager on 7/21/17 before I wrote this review asking to call me before I wrote a bad review - and I never received a call. I will not do business with World Toyota again. I've purchased 2 cars from them, both new, within 2 days of each other. This is a 2016 4-Runner. Unacceptable service and disregard to my time and effort to try to resolve this. Still - it doesn't work all the time. More
Nice car for a fair price SELAM ISAA at World Toyota was courteous and professional. The paperwork process seemed slow but I don't think this was her fault. Ehh - Pretty good. Good shop overall - there are some unresponsive sales folks. Sales manager's rudeness wasted my time Working with a very knowledgeable and professional sales representative, I zeroed-in on the car I wanted to buy, and the sales rep emailed a proposal Working with a very knowledgeable and professional sales representative, I zeroed-in on the car I wanted to buy, and the sales rep emailed a proposal that was close to what I determined was a good price. I drove to a scheduled appointment with my checkbook, and a sales manager kept me waiting for about 20 minutes and then tried to persuade me to get the same car with a different interior color. When I said that I was not flexible about the color and that I did not mind waiting to find or order the color I wanted he spun away angrily and left. While talking to the sales rep about ordering the exact car I wanted, the sales manager returned and angrily said he no longer would honor the price he previously had approved. No one should tolerate encountering a sales manager that rude, especially in a city with multiple Toyota dealerships. More

I REFEREED ANOTHER FRIEND TO THE DEALERSHIP TO BUY A 2017 RAV-4...AND THEY PURCHASED ALSO...I WAS PROMISED A REFERRAL CHECK OF 100 DOLLARS....NOT A-LOT BUT STILL IT IS THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER....AND SO FAR NOTHING BUT BROKEN PROMISES AND REALLY...I GUESS LIES...YES LIES HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME.
