I wanted to wait until I recidved my tags which was one of my many problems with your dealership before I responded to your request of helping me further with my other issue involving my brand new 2020 Toyota Tundra 4x4 Limited. Moving for when I was in your office you weren't so willing to see the wrongs of the deal concearning your sales Person Jarrell Joye and Sales Manager Richard Wong with the old switch and bait services I got. That being me coming up there for the Trd PRO and test driving one and ordering it and not getting that suspension. Then the damages to my steering wheel and running board. I see in your responses on these reviews are pretty much the same, like its it's a brush off to the viewers who may seek guidance on wheather or not come to your dealership. I will call or email you and not air more dirty laundry to give you a chance to see if you are really sincere as you stated in your response on here to solve all issues to the best of your abilities as GM of World Toyota Mr. Pakarati. It has been two weeks and I have contacted the general manager via email and I have gotten no response due to the other issues that I have with the dealership. He responded for me to contact them but that’s a bunch of hogwash because as you can see I’m back on here complaining of no correspondence with them, this dealership is non-responsive and poor customer service and they are not to be trusted or dealt with and are not worthy of any business from any veteran or black or brown person for they do not value our business.

Your professed interest in discussing the problem that I reported turned out to be nothing more than window dressing. When at your request I telephoned you, you were not inclined to do anything meaningful to remedy the problem which you said "should not have happened." You reluctantly indicated that you would "look into the situation and call me back momentarily." You have not done so. Additionally, only time will tell if your professed desire to prevent similar problems in the future is genuine. World Toyota's treatment of me wasn't the first time that it has reneged on a deal and padded a bill of sale. In a review posted on the Atlanta Better Business Bureau's web site, a person identified as Bryan D. previously stated that World Toyota had done the same thing to him in an effort to boost its bottom line by over $1,000.
