My first encounter was so inviting, Mayleen was outside opening the door for me. She’s so charming and asked if she could help me. She’s the best! I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. Even if I have to drive an hour, it would be worth not going through the agony of dealing with this service department again. I went in for routine maintenance with one recall repair. It should have been in and out in one day. Instead of communicating to me that it would take two entire work days, I took an uber there and back since I was told it would be ready by 1pm, only to be told nothing had even been done on my car yet! Also, it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone. One hurdle after another, absolutely terrible service! More
