My first tune-up for a used 2019 Toyota Camry showed that Curry Honda that sold me the car did not service it well prior to putting it up for sale, leading to a $989 bill from World Toyota. But at least the car feels brand new and really safe now. The waiting room was crowded, and the music was so loud like a disco that I spent my four hour wait time outside in the quiet cold February air. The service staff were very pleasant and professional. My complaint is with the service department. My original service representative assigned was more interested in trying to force overpriced, unneeded services and parts on me then trying to fix m My original service representative assigned was more interested in trying to force overpriced, unneeded services and parts on me then trying to fix my urgent problem which was a tire that needed to be replaced and a recall that needed to be addressed. Just to have a tire replaced I was a day and a half without my car, which was a day and a half not working. The service representative could not even be bothered to walk over to me in the waiting room to tell me they didn’t have the tire available. He called me on the phone. And when I went to get my things out of my car to take an Uber home all of my work items from the back of my car were out of my car and on the dirty shop floor with nothing between them and the dirty shop floor. It was an incredibly horrible experience and I will never take my car back to this dealership for service. More
