She went out to the car with me for over two hours to look for an one that I wanted, and beyond to meet my price as well as make sure I was comfortable with the deal. She was kind, through, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her support and patience to explain for making sure I understood every single feature of my new car. Service Review I called the the evening before my service because I'd had a flat tire and needed 4 new tires as soon as possible. She went and got Mariam Davis. Mariam was knowledgeable and patient. I tested drove, extensively, four different cars. I especially tested the safety features. She helped me three different days. She was factual and did not " force " me into a deal or bring the "manager" in. I would have left had she played the high sale pressure game. She treated me as a person, not the next fish to be caught. She explained all the features and how they worked. I had been to other dealers who's sales people had NO idea how to even set the adaptive cruise control! If you want to be informed ask for Mariam Davis. More

I was introduced to a representative that goes by the name Carlos Paguada. He was very helpful and you could tell that he knows what he is doing. Even when I was driving him crazy by changing my mind on what car I want, he was patient enough to listen to me and maintained a positive attitude. I would recommend him to everyone that I know or do not know. Very kind as well. He went out of his way to get me a great deal and topped it up with a drink as well. I am glad I was introduced to Carlos. If you ever go to world Toyota, his station is the second to the right from the entrance. Hope you all get a great deal like I did. More
