Unable to admit wrong and fix I bought a car a month ago and paid them to do registration. When my dealer tag expired and I had not received the license plate I called them and th I bought a car a month ago and paid them to do registration. When my dealer tag expired and I had not received the license plate I called them and they told me that I needed to go to the DMV and get an extension because they don't know what the issue is. Turns out my bill of sales is in my legal name and my title is not I don't know why they would do this but I have lost five hours now at work to deal with this issue and I'm sitting here and the managers are telling me there's nothing I can do. And this is after an incident when I bought the car the lady who sold it to me took my personal cell phone number and blew up my phone for a week and a half during work hours while I was at work to try to bribe me with free gas to give her a five star review and even when I hung up the phone with her because I needed to go into a meeting she continued to call back like a crazy ex-girlfriend. To summarize their sales people are invasive and will use your personal information to call you later for bribes. And the refusing to deal with an issue that I paid them to deal with… Five days on expired tags because they entered the wrong name in for my title. At this point I'm ready to give the car back and get my cashback and buy a piece of junk rather than deal with the hassle of this dealership ever again. More

4th time is a charm! The service is great, but I had to bring my car in 4 times in order for the airbag recall to be completed. Unfortunately I have my windshield crack by wrongful installation from the factory. I came to the sale office department to explain the situation and asked to see a manager but one of the employee point me to the man which I didnt think he was a manager because he was not professional of take care customer service. He didnt even ask to see my van he only told me that my windshield was not cover. Another man came in and rise his voice and started saying I was a yellow skin to compare something he explained to me about the warranty. I forget to ask for their name. I and family bought 4 cars from this dealer in the last 2 yrs. I will never come back again because of bad service More
