In 10 years, WT has never delivered service on time World Toyota is a mirage. They look nice from the outside but they constantly overpromise and under-deliver. I did return this past weekend looking to trade in for a new model hoping and the sales team has restored my faith in this dealership. Both Mariam Davis and the finance manager were excellent. They both really listened to what I was looking for and provided answers and guidance without being pushy. I went straight to Mariam after reading other reviews online and they are all accurate, she's great. I love my new Highlander and feel much better about my relationship with World Toyota going forward. More
