Finally! Some real customer service! A noise issue that the previous dealer was unable to resolve after three attempts during which they had my car on-site for well over 3 weeks in total, World Toyota seems to have fixed. Service Manager, David Ray, and Service Advisor, Minh Tang, were fantastic. Minh kept me informed at every step, was very professional and actually treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. If this is the service level I can expect, I'll be back even though it's not the best location for me! More

Sent to Collections because World hasn't paid Hertz I'm receiving threatening letters from Hertz Collections because World hasn't paid their on-site partner Hertz for my supposedly free loaner. I left I'm receiving threatening letters from Hertz Collections because World hasn't paid their on-site partner Hertz for my supposedly free loaner. I left several messages with my service manager Andrew Yi with no return call. I also left several messages with the GM Mark Carpozza with no return call. I finally reached David Ray and he was very nice and shared that there was a glitch in payment resulting in hundreds of these nonpayment issues going out to customers. He confirmed that payment has been made and that I can disregard this notice. Unfortunately, my credit is at risk now because who knows if Hertz will clear my name with collections. I don't believe that Mark is fully engaged resulting in the lack of quality control witness over the last 6 months. Now the burden is on me to ensure Hertz clears my name from this fiasco. Very unfortunate! More

I went in to World Toyota last week and worked with Mariam Davis (my sales associate) and Milton (the sales manager). I explained my situation, my budget, and what I wanted out of my next car (car type, payment amount, mileage, etc). They helped me to replace my car with the same car, only years newer AND with all the bells and whistles that my previous car didn't have. On top of that, they got my payment right around the payment amount right around the amount I had requested. Mikael in the financing department was also very helpful and personable! All in all, I had a great experience and have already recommended 4 other people to this dealership! I bought a truck with a higher trim package than I planned on, but World Toyota offered me a solid deal. They lowballed me on my trade in, but when I showed them what another dealership offered in writing that was 2k more, they matched it no questions asked. As with any dealership they try to make you think you're getting "an incredible deal" but I'm certain they get theirs as well. Overall I think I got a "good" deal and it was an easy process. Color me satisfied. More

I found a very good priced mint condition Avalon on their Webs I am very pleased with my experience shopping for 3-year old Avalon at World Toyota. I found a very good priced mint condition Avalon on their Website – it was the best deal in 100 mile radius from where I live. I called in and it was still available and started working with Keyona Mays on closing the deal. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and responsive. I wanted to finance the car through my bank. Keyona provided great assistance and response, and I was able to get all the paperwork done in half a day. I did have to negotiate the price because the invoice had several fees that were not advertised on the Website. Keyona offered me a fair discount to bring the price down. Next day, I drove 100 miles to see and inspect the car for the first time. I did not quite like the white color of the car. It was pearl white (not pure white). And it did not have backup camera that I really wanted. After talking to Keyona about it, she was able to get me a free installation of backup camera and free window tint in order to earn my business. Very impressive effort! The color of the Avalon was the deal breaker for me. Even though I did not end up buying the car, I left with the feeling that World Toyota will go an extra mile to keep my business. More
Fail promise I was told by the service manager to bring my car in at 6am to drop it off and someone will take me back to wherever I need to in around 10 miles radi I was told by the service manager to bring my car in at 6am to drop it off and someone will take me back to wherever I need to in around 10 miles radius. I came in at 6 o'clock this morning and the service guy had no idea what I came for because they didn't put the details in the appointment that I made with them when I came in 2days ago for the maintenance service. He then told me I have to wait until 7am because that's when the shuttle driver comes. I drove my car back to work without the service being done and was late for work. More

unqualified technicians Horrible experience over the last year. My 2011 Toyota Highlander has had a visor that is broken, a window regulator that bent all on its own, and a Horrible experience over the last year. My 2011 Toyota Highlander has had a visor that is broken, a window regulator that bent all on its own, and a broken automatic hatch arm. All of these things have gone wrong over the past year. Took the car in to World Toyota to fix and I was a year over my warranty so they wouldn't replace any of the manufacturer defaults. Gave me estimates and I chose to only replace the window regulator at the time because of cost. I just recently brought my car back to the dealership to have the back automatic hatch fixed and after 3 hours they are now saying that it's going to cost more than double what was quoted a year ago and that their service center cannot fix it but instead I will have to take it to the Collision Center to repair. Frustrated by the lack of knowledge by the technicians which in turn wastes my time and money. More
