I did return this past weekend looking to trade in for a new model hoping and the sales team has restored my faith in this dealership. Both Mariam Davis and the finance manager were excellent. They both really listened to what I was looking for and provided answers and guidance without being pushy. I went straight to Mariam after reading other reviews online and they are all accurate, she's great. I love my new Highlander and feel much better about my relationship with World Toyota going forward. More

Charging for work under extended care plan After recently resolving a year long battle to get a starting issue resolved on my 2015 sequoia, during the very next scheduled maintenance appointme After recently resolving a year long battle to get a starting issue resolved on my 2015 sequoia, during the very next scheduled maintenance appointment they charged my wife for all the services that are "included" in the extended service plan, $500 for new brake pads and the cost to rotate the brand new tires I bought there that had "Lifetime" tire rotation included. Unbelievable. It's been two days and I can't get anyone on the phone. The operator is "off site" and she says they won't even pick up the phone for her. Left messages two days now without a return call. More
