Very Unprofessional All these people who work there made all these jokes about you, and just weird. I was also being charged for Compel complete fuel system service; there was a extra charge on my bill says "shop charges" and this guys has no ideas what they are by saying they are environmental disposal charges and usually 9%; if you spend like $1000 will be 9% as well or $29; well, $1000* 9% is not $29. I also have a random number on my file as the primary contact info which I don't even recognize. They told me that they will also update my email address so as a customer I can evaluate the service. (they never did) However, they also said the system will randomly send those evaluations but all everybody gets one. (they lied) More

Finally! Some real customer service! After a horrible service experience at another Toyota dealer in Sandy Springs and an escalation of the problem to Toyota Corporate, I landed at World After a horrible service experience at another Toyota dealer in Sandy Springs and an escalation of the problem to Toyota Corporate, I landed at World Toyota. A noise issue that the previous dealer was unable to resolve after three attempts during which they had my car on-site for well over 3 weeks in total, World Toyota seems to have fixed. Service Manager, David Ray, and Service Advisor, Minh Tang, were fantastic. Minh kept me informed at every step, was very professional and actually treated me like a customer and not an inconvenience. If this is the service level I can expect, I'll be back even though it's not the best location for me! More
