to compare the Ford CMax to Prius I did a test drive of each. I like the size of the CMax but it had a general feel of less quality plus more road noise than the Prius. He explained everything about the new 2013 Toyota Prius and how smart this car is. I was convinced and decided to buy the car that day. He made my car buying experience very pleasant. The car was made ready, cleaned and washed and he delivered the keys to me to drive away and wished me to have fun and enjoy this smart car. My experience with him was so great and I told him that my son is thinking of buying a new car and I may bring him to World Toyota to drive test couple of cars. Mayor and Donald helped me along with my loan process in getting the necessary paperwork to my lender. Driving over 3 hours on a Saturday to buy a car you want to make sure all the "I's" are dotted and the "T's" crossed. I was very skeptical of a "bait and switch", and quite difficult because of those fears. We have a car dealership near us that is known for such tactics. I cant say enough about how professional, courteous, and patient these salesmen were. Although the sale may have been 'final' it technically wasnt, because we could have walked away from it. Mayor took the time to make sure I knew all that the car offered. And 'sold' it to me. July was the business manager that completed all the paperwork on the vehicle. He made sure we knew what we were paying for, what was included in the price of the vehicle, and what additional options were available to us. He completed all the paperwork necessary for my lender prior to us leaving and made sure the proper paperwork would be awaiting the loan officer first thing Monday morning. Again, I just cant say enough about how professional, courteous, and patient all involved were! We never felt pressured to buy more than we wanted. It truly was a pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend World Toyota, Mayor, Donald, and July!! It was worth the 200 mile/4 hour drive to World Toyota!! More
