Roy Samuel is the salesman I worked with during the recent purchase of my new Toyota Highlander (2013) from World Toyota and I was extremely impressed! In my search for a new car, I actually visited several dealerships (Toyota and others), and I must say that the service and professionalism exemplified by Roy was unmatched! Roy was extremely knowledgeable, patient (as I had many questions and was also undecided for a brief period), and most importantly, honest. I never felt mislead by the information he provided (plus I had performed my own research) or pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. It was evident to me that his primary focus was not solely to get the next car sold off the lot…..he had a genuine interest in ensuring that I was going to be happy with my purchase, which I really appreciated. Roy came highly recommended by several family members who had worked with him previously and I can tell you that he did not disappoint. If you are looking to work with someone who is customer service oriented with great integrity, I would encourage you to visit World Toyota and ask for Roy. I had a great experience at World Toyota. Not only was the salesman courteous, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful as well as professional. He kept us informed during the whole sales' experience. The business manager was great and walked us through the entire experience. A week later I took the car in to have Lo-Jack installed and they were again very helpful and even washed my car again!!! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Roy is a great person. He helped me with my 2008 Toyota Camry. Over the years when ever I am having my car service I would stop in. Then when my car was total out a few weeks ago. I called him up and he said to just come on in and he would get me in a new Camry. Well Roy a man of his word got me in a new 2013 Camry. Roy is the type of person I love to work with. He is not only a great empoyee for you, but a great person in so many ways. I really enjoy working with him. You are so lucky to have him as a part of your team! I always tell people about what a great guy he is! I want all of my freiend to know the type of service I have received from him. Good service is hard to find. Keep up the great job Roy. More
Our sales person, Lawrence Doby, was excellent, very attentive, courteous, patient, and provided overall good customer service even after we purchased our 2013 Prius. While making a sale is the final goal of any salesperson, Lawrence never pressured us, answered all of our questions, and let us test drive several cars without us feeling we were up against the clock. We visited other dealerships where this wasn't the case. In the end after doing much research, it was Lawrence's good temperament combined with the price he negotiated for our trade-in, and for heated seats, which made us decide to buy at this dealership. We'd work with Lawrence again buying a car and refer our friends and colleagues to him. More
Wasted my night. I sat there the entire evening, given false hopes as I had been baited over the phone to come in, despite telling them I did not think I could get financed with my credit. They didn't care about that at all, just test-driving vehicles I'd later be turned down for. This, in addition to initialing and signing forms that would later get all shredded 3 hours later. The number 1 thing that should be accomplished in this scenario is the approval in advance before wasting time driving around cars. If you can't finance someone with low credit, don't have them come in and waste all of our precious time. More
I was looking for a Toyota Sienna and found a beautiful, certified 2009 Sienna online. I visited the store to drive it and didn't look anywhere else. We worked with Hasan Choudhury, however Jose LeDoux was available to answer questions. We were served coffee and made very comfortable. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Any of the sales people, even the ones not working with us were available to chat, answer questions or offer us coffee/hot chocolate. We also went to the service bay to have the tire pressure checked right before the dealership closed and the guys were all polite, well mannered and friendly- even though it was about 5 minutes before closing. I was referred to World Toyota by two friends, obviously for good reason. We had a great experience! More
