Words can't describe how great my experience was at World Toyota. It's really the people there that make you feel like you're more than just a sale or number. Chris Nguyen's knowledge of cars exceeded my expectations and his sense of humor puts you totally at ease when shopping for a new car. Chris and July (one of the finance managers) are soooo patient and really try to work with you to get you what you want at the price you want. The best part is NO PRESSURE at all! I've seen and heard of all kinds of dealerships (even other Toyota dealerships) pressuring you to add on warranties, trying to talk you into upgrades you don't want or need, etc. but these guys are a totally different story. I usually never write reviews for anything, but seriously go to World Toyota on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard! You won't regret it! More
My experience at World Toyota was great! Everyone was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I never felt pushed to make a decision about a car but rather was given the time to think it through very thorough and answered all of my questions. I never felt pushed to make a decision about a car but rather was given the time to think it through and make my own decision. They helped me think through all of my options as well with no details left out. Roy was such a good salesman to work with and I could not have asked for better. More
I had a very pleasant experience and the utmost pleasure dealing with Roy Samuel for the purchase of my Lexus HS. Initially when I walked into World Toyota, I was somewhat nervous of trading in my vehicle t dealing with Roy Samuel for the purchase of my Lexus HS. Initially when I walked into World Toyota, I was somewhat nervous of trading in my vehicle to make the purchase of a newer vehicle for I wasn’t sure I would get a fair deal and my money’s worth, but Roy made me feel very comfortable by demonstrating courtesy, respect and professionalism. He answered all my questions precisely and even went as far as providing me with information that I would not have expected from a dealer, which helped ease the tension of the vehicle purchase process. It’s been two weeks now since the purchase of my vehicle at World Toyota, I can honestly say that I am very satisfied with the transaction and my vehicle. Roy checks in on me to ensure that I’m satisfied with my vehicle. He also sends me service coupons. So if you’re looking for a dealer who’s honest, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and would not pressure you, but rather make you feel at ease with your vehicle purchase transaction, then I highly recommend Roy Samuel. He would make the purchase process, a very rewarding experience. More
I have been a customer of World Toyota since 2008 when I leased my first Camry for 3 years. I had excellent service from Muhammad and he also made a real impression on me as a genuinely nice guy who I was glad to give my business to. Throughout my 3 year lease, I had nothing but great service and continually encountered friendly, pleasant people at the service dept when I visited it, and as my lease slowly came to an end, I decided to talk to Muhammad again. Once again, he made it such a pleasure to do business with that I literally leased another 3-year Camry again (I've never had the same car twice before). He is a pleasure to deal with, nothing but professional from start to finish, funny and just downright nice. I feel confident working with him that he's helping me get the best deal he can and not just in it for himself. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and all of the people I've encountered there have been incredibly friendly and professional. I also give a shout out to G in finance because he was, like everyone else, really easy to work with and really nice! Unlike most car dealerships, I definitely felt like I could walk away if I wanted to (not overly pressuring or sales-y) but the difference was that I didn't want to walk away because I actually wanted to give them my business. Great dealership; great experience! More
We had called this dealership to schedule an appointment to test drive a car we had seen online. We then confirmed this appointment with them when they called to double check that we where going to be ther to test drive a car we had seen online. We then confirmed this appointment with them when they called to double check that we where going to be there and they assured us the car would be ready to test drive. We drove 3.5 hours to get to this dealership from out of state, and where early for our appointment. We met up with Larry and he went to get the keys to the vehicle we had driven to see, only to see another salesman walk out with the keys and show the car to another couple. Now Larry Russell was a pleasure to work with, he called the other salesman constantly during the other couples test drive to have him return the vehicle for us and put forth his best efforts to try to get us the car we had driven to see. Unfortunately, the other couple ended up wanting to purchase the car. At this point the sales manager came over and told us that if we "hung around" while the other couple negotiated and if their offer was turned down, we would have our shot at test driving the car WE MADE THE APPOINTMENT TO SEE. This was completely inappropriate and we where shocked at how unprofessional the sales manager was, so we decided to leave and go to another dealership. On our way to the other dealership, we get a call that the other couple was not going to be purchasing the car and that we could come back and now take our test drive. We told them to hold the keys and we would be there in half an hour. We then receive another phone call 10 minutes later that the couple did purchase the vehicle. Not only did we drive 3.5 hours to an appointment we had made to test drive a car we had every intention of purchasing, but we where going to be used as leverage and the dealership was going to milk every dollar out of us or the other couple they could. If you where driving from out of state to this dealership, think twice. They do not care about appointments, or the time and effort you put forth into coming to their dealership. Because of this mishap we ended up going to 3 different dealerships, and spent 6 hours longer in a strange town looking for a car than we wanted to. Fortunately, while we where in Atlanta, we found another car from Gwinnett Honda that we ended up purchasing and are very happy with. Overall, Larry Russell tried to make our experience enjoyable given the horrible conditions and treatment we received from the sales manager, but I would not recommend or return to this dealership. When shopping for our new car, the reputation of our closest Toyota dealer is awful and I sought to find a dealer of much higher standing. In the car business, it's seemingly impossible to ever find a c closest Toyota dealer is awful and I sought to find a dealer of much higher standing. In the car business, it's seemingly impossible to ever find a car dealer that is run with integrity, treats the customer with respect from the way that they speak to their pricing, and their entire sales process. The reviews of World Toyota are true, they are a fantastic dealer. Our salesperson, Muhamed, was absolutely terrific. Not only was he enthusiastic about his job, but also the Toyota product. He did a great demonstration of the car's features and the sales process was painless, let alone fun. Their initial trade-in was a respectful price and their offer was several thousand dollars higher than the first offer by another dealer that we visited. Jimmy in finance was great and the whole process top to bottom was outstanding. Buying cars can be such a painful process that you want to avoid even stepping foot into a car dealer. World Toyota is different, very different. A dealership that actually cares about the customer. Their goal wasn't just to sell a Toyota, but to bring you into the World Toyota family. More

I am very disappointed in the quality of service that I received at your dealership on my 1999 RX300 Lexus. In September 2011 I had my front and rear brake pads replaced and rotors refaced. Since the day received at your dealership on my 1999 RX300 Lexus. In September 2011 I had my front and rear brake pads replaced and rotors refaced. Since the day this was done, the brakes NEVER stopped squeaking, $414.31 (75% labor). Despite this, in early December 2011, I went to your business because my check engine light was blinking and had spark plugs replaced, $359.77 ( at least 80% labor). I was then informed of a number of repairs I needed to have done on the vehicle including tires, valve cover gaskets, etc. On March 21, 2011 I returned to the dealership because my check engine light was once again blinking and the car running rough. I was advised on this occasion that there was at timing belt issue which also required a new water pump. Trusting in the advice given me, I decided to have the timing belt, water pump, tires, front alignment all serviced. Later that day I was informed that due to the oil leak, I had to also replace the ignition coil $2151.19 (59-69% labor). I was confident that my car, although not new, would be driving like a new car. The following day, Saturday, I noticed that the car was pulling to the left and there was still oil leaking from the engine. I returned to the dealership that Monday. The car was re-aligned and I was presented with a new diagnostic, a rear main shaft seal assembly recommended to be replaced. Regular priced $1299.33 –discounted price $962.06. I can only assume that 70 to 80% of this cost is labor. What makes any reasonable person think that I will trust you with anything else? Will I now have to replace the coil once again because at this point I can’t afford to give you another $1000.00? Why didn’t the technician previously find this issue? Is he getting commission every time I dole out additional funds? I am soooo disappointed in the Toyota product (Lexus included no matter how old) and service I would not recommend it to anyone. As a side note I started going to Toyota when I was charged $98.00 by the Lexus dealership for them to tell by rear door latch was broken and had to be replaced. I told them that when I walked in the door because I broke it. This is really sad More
