Ms. Mayo is the perfect antithesis of all that you fear about car salespeople. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and, most importantly, straightforward. I was looking for a Prius. As they were in high demand and scarce supply, sales people at other dealers seemed to be not particularly interested in finding the car I wanted promptly. Ms. Mayo took great care to understand exactly what I wanted and found it promptly. She then provided excellent service, picking me up at home to get the car, walking me through the features and staying way past closing time on her day off to complete the sale. The price was not a deal, but I attribute that to the market conditions for the Prius. I highly recommend Ms. Mayo--she will do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with you purchase and the process. More

I had the unique opportunity to buy two new cars in one month because of leases coming due. I chose to buy Toyotas both times, but I bought the first car from my local Tennessee dealer. I practically had to beg for attention when I went to get a price and a value on my trade-in. The customer service left a lot to be desired. For the second car I decided to look in Atlanta for a dealer with a larger inventory. Not only did World Toyota have a great selection to choose from, but my salesperson, Roy Samuel, was the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt with in the car business. That's saying a lot since I used to sell Mercedes-Benz back in 2006. Roy asked me all the right questions to give me the best deal. He was very detail oriented and took very good care of me all the way thru to delivering the car, which took place a couple days later after accessories were installed. Roy could not have been friendlier througout the whole process. Roy's sales manager, Tony, was also very patient and accomodating. He took the time to explain all my buying and leasing options and worked through a few scenarios with me. Roy and Tony definitely exceeded my expectations with their level of professionalism. Their General Manager even has his cell phone on the back of every business card so that customers can call with questions or concerns. That's impressive! Needless to say, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend the drive to World Toyota, even if you come from out of state like I did. More

I was originally going to purchase my car from Marietta Toyota, but I wanted to shop around a little first to make sure I was making a wise decision. I went to the online search and requested a price quote with World Toyota. I couldn't believe the deal that I was getting for a new Camry, especially after working with another dealer that was going to sell me the same car for 4K more one day prior to my inquiry. Within a half hour, Roy called me. I asked him to calculate the price included the tax, tag, and title so that I can compare the numbers. I went to the dealer with NO INTENTION OF BUYING ON SUNDAY. I told Roy what I was looking for, he found one that met my specifications. We took it for a test drive. While taking the car for a test drive, they evaluated my trade-in. He worked the numbers and it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Overall, I got a really good feeling about the dealership and their quality of service to their customers. I would highly recommend going there to purchase a vehicle. More

I went all the way to Atlanta at the suggestion of a family member to this dealership and was very satisfied with the experience and deal that I received. The staff are warm, friendly and professional and it just was an overall great experience. Chandra Mayo is an exceptional salesperson to deal with... puts the best before you to make a good decision about what options you would really like to have in a vehicle and "G" was so helpful in making sure I got a good deal on the trade and purchase. The extra touch of having the General Manager come out to meet with you and thank you for supporting the dealership and the 125 plus employees that work there, that was icing. Just wish I was nearer to be able to drive in to the dealership for all my service needs as well! More
