Toyota service has really stepped up in the past few years, making even waiting on the car service more of an option verses dropping the car off and having to return to get it. Around early 2001 I actually sold my Toyota Corolla....ALL due to the poor service I received at the time (another ATL location) and bought another make of car. Five years later it came time for a new car and knowing the quality of Toyota I purchased my next car, the 2005 Camry I now have. And since then every service experience to date has been exceptional. Driving down Chamblee Tucker Rd, the check engine light came on in my vehicle. I came into World Toyota with no appointment and a bad start to my day. The service consultant opened my car door for me with a smile on his face. Although I may have came off with a negative attitude at first, by the time I signed for my car to be examined I was somewhat calm. The person who helped me was Joshua Shattles. I told him up front how little knowledge I had of vehicles, and I wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. Joshua promptly came to me with the results of the check engine light. He respectfully put the terms of the repairs needed in a way that I could understand. Joshua offered to take me into the shop and demonstrate what he was describing. Based off of my first impression with him, I told him that was not nessesary and to proceed with the repairs. This was by far the best service experience I have ever encountered at a Toyota dealership. More

I called World Toyota & told sales manager that i Had no money to put down, and my trade was smoking really bad. I asked them not to waste my time or thers if we could not make a deal.. He said come on over.. after being ask the same questions over & over i initialed a sheet with prices & payment amount that i agreed to. They then gave me the 2007 Scion & stated they needs proof of residence & income the next day. When i arrived they told me the person i needed to see was with another costomer please wait.. later my sales person came in to meet for the sale I presumed. Then he said he was going to meet the finance manager. When he returned he had a sad look on his face stating we have bad news, the bank wants 1500 to 2000 thousand dollars down. I said i told you before i got here i had no money down. Then he said with all that money you make you have no money to put down. Then they gave me my key to my trade in & swiftly kick me out of ther.. More

Ms. Mayo was entirely professional during our quest for a new car. We had pretty much decided what car we wanted but she wouldn't start there. She insisted that we answer some basic lifestyle questions so she could evaluate would we be comfortable with our choice of a vehicle. I believe she sincerely tried to understand our wants and needs above just selling a car. She spent a lot of time going over all the bells & whistles with the car. She carefully explained how the hybrid we wanted to buy differed from the conventional car we were used to driving. She also let us pick out the car we wanted without trying to talk us up to a car that was more expensive. She was truly customer friendly. More
