After several attempts at another Toyota Dealership, World Toyota was my last effort at trying to get my Matrix repaired. There had been an obnoxious noise coming form my rear left wheel, driver's side. World Toyota was my last effort at trying to get my Matrix repaired. My car was taken in and the dealership gave me rental car The first attempt was not successful as the initial diagnosis was brake pad failure. The noise returned and I contacted Chris. This time the General Manager involved and said he would do whateverbittook to repair the car. Thankfully, the service agent I was assigned listened to the history of the repair. He immediately stated that he thought it was a loose wheel bearing. Again, the dealershp gave me car rental. He was right. There was a loose wheel bearing The car was fixed and the noise has not returned. There is no hesitation that this facility will be where I take my car as long as I own it. More

Over the p AVOID World Toyota Service Dept - They are PIRATES! I took my Sienna in to get some extra keys made and have a minor recall item serviced. Over the phone, I was told it would cost $30/key. When I got there, I was told it would cost $150. I reluctantly told them to go ahead. Once they had my van in the shop, the price went up to $300. I told them 'no thanks' and asked for my van back. Ever since, it has made a funny rattle when starting. I finally figured out why - one of the engine mount bolts had been loosened 3 or 4 turns (almost all the way out). There is no doubt in my mind that World Toyota loosened that bolt. No way will I EVER go back to World Toyota. More
