Ian was awesome! I was half asleep when I got there at Ian was awesome! I was half asleep when I got there at 8am. He did some side research to see about getting my 2010 possibly covered by the two year free maintenance but found out I did not make the cut. I appreciated his efforts for me though. Overall great experience. More
Ian was adaptive as to the service options to meet MY needs. Friendly and effiecent. I got my truck back and it had been washed- very nice. Alexis was excellent! She was professional and courteous throughout my entire visit. I have a 2011 Venza and absolutely love it, I brought it in for an oil change and mentioned to her that the hatch back se throughout my entire visit. I have a 2011 Venza and absolutely love it, I brought it in for an oil change and mentioned to her that the hatch back seemed to squeek. I thought she would tell me I was crazy but she took my concern very seriously and took the time to see if there was anything else the technician needed to look at. I also asked if the decal from a previous dealer could be removed and she stated it would be no problem. Alexis updated me several times throughout my visit as to the progress and how much longer it would be. At one point she stated it was going to take an additional 15-20 min to have the decal removed and I stated I would retun another day to have it completed. She made sure that the removal took no additional time and my car was finished within an acceptable time frame. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for service and I hope Alexis is there when I need to go back! More

My Celica is 14 years old and they know that I am familiar with my car and do a lot of the work myself so I appreciate they're being very open to taking me back to my car and the mechanic actually doing the work to show me before starting any work. My son and I visited World TOyota to purchase a new car for me. We were very impressed with Mr Samuels.
