Brian (service rep) kept me aware of the status of my car. It needed new brakes and that is typically a 4 hour plus effort and yet my car was ready earlier than expected! After having two disgruntling experiences at two different Toyota dealerships we approached World Toyota with some trepidation. Would this be like every other experience we had? Would another desper different Toyota dealerships we approached World Toyota with some trepidation. Would this be like every other experience we had? Would another desperate car salesman try everything under the sun to force us to walk out with a car that day? The answer was no. Roy Samuel our salesman was as pleasant as possible. Not only did he listen to us, he assessed our needs as well as our price range. The best part was he did not pressure us at all. It shows how far a genuine spirit can go as opposed to strong arming a customer. Thanks to Roy's guidance we ended up buying a 2010 Camry that was three years newer, lower in mileage, and four thousand dollars less than what they were trying to sell us at Toyota Mall of Georgia! I can't reccommend these guys enough! More
We went to World Toyota and were greeted as soon as we got out of the car and were led to meet our salesperson Mayo. Not only was she knowledgable about cars and SUV's, she listened to us as we told her what we wanted in a car. Mayo allowed us to test drive about 3 Highlanders to get a feel for each one. My wife decided after a few hours of looking and testing that she liked a 2011 Highlander. Negotiating a new car deal is never fun or easy but Mayo worked with us and we got a good deal from World Toyota. We can not thank Mayo, the dealership manager and the entire staff at World enough. Great job Mayo and keep up the great work. More
I was very happy with my overall experience with World Toyota. I worked mainly with "Mayo" and she was great... very attentive, asked and listened to what was important to me, went to a lot of trouble to Toyota. I worked mainly with "Mayo" and she was great... very attentive, asked and listened to what was important to me, went to a lot of trouble to find the exact car I wanted, and she even personally drove a few hours away to another city to pick-up a car from another dealership. Mayo was very professional, yet also very personable and seemed to genuinely care that I get the right car and understand everything about the purchase and my new car. My only complaint was it that the process took a while with all of the back and forth, paperwork, etc... but I think it was because they had to work to locate the Prius I wanted from another dealership and it wasn't a simple process. But they have nice comfy leather chairs, a flat screen TV, internet, and hot coffee... so it makes the time waiting much more comfortable. More

Mayo was very helpful during the entire sales process. She was not "pushy" like many salespeople but still very attentive. The dealership in general was very nice and the cars were in good condition. We cannot say the same for other dealerships in the area. After the sale, Mayo has been very responsive in addressing minor items raised. Overall the experience was quite easy which is not the reputation that is common with the car buying process. We would highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Mayo. More
I would not recommend this dealership, as the overall experience of purchasing was frustrated at many turns with high wait times, unfinished detail/cleaning work and missed deadlines. The service package is good, but the ability of staff to deliver on promises was consistently off. The whole experience took too much time and the quality of the interior cleaning and paperwork processing was inefficient. It was not bad, but it was disappointing. I would recommend the car, but at this point not the dealership--perhaps (and I am hoping) the experience changes was we move into maintence and warrenty work. More

What impressed me the most with World Toyota of all the different car dealers, was my overall experience. Roy Samuels was one of the most kindest and knowledgable Salesman I have ever met. He took his time to listen to what I was looking for and in the budget that I had. He did not pressure me to just buy a car just for the sake of him making a deal. He listened, took the time to explain all the benefits and features of each car I was interested in,researched their inventory and let me test drive several cars to ensure that I was satified before I purchased. His follow-up was Impeccable also and he really made my car buying experience a memorable one. Robin the Finance Manager and Tony C., one of the General Managers were just as kind and helpful. No matter how many times I called each of them with questions they were there willing to assist in any way they could. I tell ya, I am sold on World Toyota, no matter where you go in that dealership all the staff are kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend my family and fiends to World Toyota because I left there no only satified with the car I purchased but also not feeling like I was taken advantage of.
