Ms. Mayo was a GREAT sales-rep for this dealership. She was forth-right and honest in everything she said. She gave me a quote via e-mail and lived up to it when we arrived. The color vehicle that I wanted did NOT come in when it was supposed to so she arranged for a loaner vehicle. In the meantime, I decided to lease another color that they had in stock; there was NO pressure to do this, however.
