I had 3 warning lights on my 2006n highlander - turns out the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The federal law made it possible that it was covered under warranty so it saved me $800. I purchased the vehicle at this location in 2005 with an extended service warranty. Techs are always greeting you when you pull in and i like the little computers they carry around with all the details at hand. More

As most of the reviews indicate, Mr. Roy Samuel is very professional and patient with all my doubts and questions. He is always ready to help me instead of pushing. (Most buyers know exactly how sales push you to get your signatures.) Simply put, if you hate to be fooled around by dealers and you want a fast and happy deal as I did, just go to World Toyota. And Mr. Samuel will show you what the Dealer of the Year can offer to customers. BTW, the general manager is really nice, too. More

First you get a good feeling as you pull into the bright, clean, inside service entrance, where a friendly person comes over to greet you and ask if you have a preferred service representitive. Moments later, Andre Dumas comes out and says hello, calling me by name. We talk about how the car is doing, and he asks if I have any concerns. I do.... there is a smell of hot plastic, a new smell. He looks under the car and informs me that it's a plastic grocery bag stuck on the muffler but it's nothing to worry about, it will work itself out. We then agree on the service I want (yes, there are choices) and he escorts me into the waiting area. It's clean and bright, too, with tables and chairs for computer work or snacking and a lounge with wide screen and comfortable chairs.... World Cup is running. There is free coffee and donuts. I like it that Andre comes after a while and explains that the brakes are going to need tending in the next 3000-5000 miles, I can do it today if I want, but it's not really necessary yet, so I can wait until the next service. I decide that I'd like to wait for the next service visit, since I've got a busy day today. He never pressures, just gives me choices. When my car is ready, he goes over all the work and pricing to be sure I'm happy and satisfied. The car is waiting in the covered area, and happily, it's been vac'd and washed! More
Fast, personal service from the moment I drove in until I left. I know this sounds like a commercial, but I'm telling you I was impressed. Even the cashier was great. My service advisor was Map Mouth; I remembered him from the World Toyota Commercial.....SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!. Mr. Mouth was very helpful and greeted me when I came onto the service drive.
