After leaving that evening and subsequent interactions with other dealers (that included more of the expected high pressure sales tactics and misleading information), we knew that we'd return to Roy Samuel and World Toyota for our new car purchase. The whole buying process was relatively pain free and everyone was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this dealer, in general, and Roy Samuel, in particular, to others for their new car purchase. More

My wife and I just bought our second car from World Toyota. Although I don't prefer looking for used cars at dealerships, we had such great customer service the first time around (we bought a new High Toyota. My wife and I were looking to trade in our two cars that were over 10 years old, and getting either a Toyota or a Honda because of their reputation of being reliable cars. After going to several dealerships, we came to World Toyota, where we met Roy Samuel. Roy was extremely helpful, very respectful and understanding of our budget. Because a large percentage of people that walk away from dealerships don't return, many car salespersons apply a great deal of pressure to get you to buy on the spot. Roy, however, wanted us to be as comfortable with our purchase as possible. After spending about 1 1/2 hours looking at different cars within our price range, we decided that we'd like to try to buy an '06 or '07 Corolla--great gas milage and just the thing we need to get around in Atlanta. A car is not a small purchase, and we needed time to think about things. Roy was very understanding and didn't try to force us into decisions we weren't ready to make. Roy was so easy to deal with that my wife and I decided during our drive home that we were going to definitely buy a car from him. About a month later, we were all set to buy a car. We went back to Roy and he was able get us in an '07 Corolla for a very good price with our trade-ins. And since we've bought our car he has dedicated himself to make sure everything runs smoothly and that we enjoy it. To sum it all up, I can't say enough good things about Roy Samuel. After dealing with seven or eight different salespersons from different dealerships, he was the most courteous, the most respectful, and the most understanding. My wife and I are first-time buyers, and we couldn't be happier with the experience and treatment we received from Roy and the rest of the staff at World Toyota. More

I recently bought a RAV4 2009. Few days after my purchase I accidentaly hit the left mirror of the car. I went to Collision Center, and Mr. Matthews was the CSR/Estimator who helped me with the estimate of a I accidentaly hit the left mirror of the car. Mr. Brett Matthews was extremelly professional and very helpful with the questions I asked him that day. Few days after my first visit to the Collision Center, I returned with the new mirror in a box. I remember I arrived to the center when was time to close it, since it was 6:00 p.m. Mr. Matthews came out to see the mirror I bought and after reviewed it carefully I asked him if that same day he could fix it since the schedule of my job, most of the time, does not let me leave it before 5:00 p.m. Mr. Matthews was extremelly patience. He took my car and worked with it for few minutes. He was fast and very curious with my mirror. I was completly satisfied with his service and I won't have any doubt to come back to the Toyota World Center if my car needs any kind of service because employers like Mr. Matthews and Dale Goldston have been representing this dealer with quality, patience, professionalism and they have been showing a great care about consumers like me.
