When I brought my new Camry in for it's 5,000 mile checkup I also had a couple of other items I needed assistance on - one was the panel holding the driver's side top airbag had come loose twice while checkup I also had a couple of other items I needed assistance on - one was the panel holding the driver's side top airbag had come loose twice while the car sat in the heat and the second was to ask if the automatic unlocking of all doors when you turn the car off could be turned off. Both requests were handled without question. Also, when we came back to pick the car up we noticed there was still some "gook" on the front passenger side that the car wash had not taken off along with the front passenger fender that looked almost like it had been missed - this time Stephen (can't remember his last name) was the first (OK, quickest) person to come up and when we told him he took the car back himself and had it cleaned. Terry was also there during that time to check back with us. Both men (plus a female employee) were great in assistance, plus checking back with us to see how they could help more. I came in early for my appointment and he accomodated my schedule, he gave me a rental car while they were servicing my car, and finis World Toyota. My salesperson (Roy Samuel) was fantastic and exhibited a level of integrity that was far and above any I have ever experienced at a car dealership. He is a man of his word, and that is a rare find in the car sales business. On top of that, the dealership was willing to sell the vehicle (a 2010 Camry LE) at a very competitive price. Extremely friendly, Marsha was! I mentioned a question about my upper rear window heaters, and she personally spent what seemed to be considerable time addressing it, asking mechanics, and then calling co about my upper rear window heaters, and she personally spent what seemed to be considerable time addressing it, asking mechanics, and then calling corporate just to see why it wasn't. She was very personable in explaining how she too learned that the upper 'heater' lines are actually the antennae. She also spent time explaining how to clear the maintenance alarm in case I may happen to have to get an oil change somewhere else for any unexpected reason. She was a big reason I was happy to be at World Toyota! I tell you though, the fact that the tire rotation was $14 bucks, for my first time ever using World Toyota, was a very good-faith price that makes me believe they charge reasonably for service. I was nervous, but there's no doubt that of all Toyota dealerships I live & work by, I will be bringing my car to World Toyota next time! Thank you for superb service!!! Jerry has helped us in the service department for many years. We ran into an issue while driving home from vacation, in the middle of Virginia. Also after the sale, he is giving the customer the feeling that he got the best for his money, which i think its the most important factor while coming to analays the agent and the dealership. More
To state my overall service as being "great" is an understatement. I am in the customer service industry and everywhere I go I rate the level of service I demonstrate against what I receive, thes understatement. I am in the customer service industry and everywhere I go I rate the level of service I demonstrate against what I receive, these employees (Merlene, Susie, Shawn, Brady and the actual collision "repair" team members) made my horrific collision situation seem like a walk through the park. I have been driving for over 20 years, and have never been involved in any automobile accident until now. From the evaluation of my car damages until the day I was to pick up my car, my service was beyond EXCELLENT! In other words, I wasn't treated like another customer with a damaged car to repair it was a geniune care, for my well being. The above employees should be commended for more than a job well done…because I wasn’t a customer that day I was family!
