Traditionally I have been a "dealer hater". At World Toyota, my wife and I loved the sales force when we bought our Scion 2008. The estimator gave me an estimated time for the job--and actually completed the job in twenty minutes less than the estimate. She invited me to come out and inspect the job--and noted that the worker had left some residue glue (from tape I had used to "hold the repair together" before I came there) and immediately made sure that this was remedied right away--and neatly too. Finally I had lost a hub cap recently and had been told by my tire dealer that you had to buy Toyota hub caps in packages of four. The estimator noted the absence of the hub cap; asked if I wanted a replacment. Called their shop immediately; found none in stock, but arranged for one hub cap to be ordered for my car. From the phone call to the drive out, the World team was great. Larry greeted my wife and I in the parking lot. The vehicle I came in for was already sold. He found the exact Tacoma I was looking for in Macon, sold it for the price we were looking for, and gave up a loaner for a couple days until it came in. Unlike some of the other dealerships, Larry listened to our needs and fulfilled them 100%. This was a wonderful experience. Thanks More
I have come to this dealership on more than one occassion and love the service that I am given. I feel comfortable with HeeSoo because I can trust that he is not going to try to sell me any item or service I and love the service that I am given. When ever I go there he will always give me a recommendation and will ask me a few questions to make sure he's on track. Unlike the toyota in Sandy Springs, I get what I need and what I want from this dealership and their staff. More
I hate a car salesman in general but our experience with Ken Meagher was great. He never pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable. I would go back to him again and refer people to him. They get the fix done right the first time. The staff is always very friendly and honest. They care for my vehicle in the same manner that I care for it. Both Chandra Mayo & Christopher Miller went above & beyond the call of duty when helping me purchase my new car! They went out of their way to ensure all my questions regarding how to work the various beyond the call of duty when helping me purchase my new car! They went out of their way to ensure all my questions regarding how to work the various components of the car were answered even after purchasing the car. This was my first new car purchase & I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the entire transaction was. Everybody at World Toyota was gracious & accommodating to my needs & helped me to get in & out of there as fast as possible. I would recommend World Toyota, especially Chandra & Christopher, to anyone interested in purchasing a new car (or used) without being hassled or pressured into making a decision. The World Toyota team went as far as to drop off the car at my house in the rain one evening so that I could test drive it for a few days. They even ensured the car had a full tank of gas! I really was impressed at how friendly, attentive, and accommodating all of the employees at World Toyota was during & after the transaction. Quite honestly, I was not looking forward to the whole experience, but Chandra & Christopher completely changed my attitude on the experience of buying a new car. Took my 1998 Subaru Outback in for service as my "check engine" light kept coming on and even though it took several return visits to have the problem diagnosed and fixed, it is now running properly again engine" light kept coming on and even though it took several return visits to have the problem diagnosed and fixed, it is now running properly again. Brian did a great job in working with me by providing me with a new Toyota Camry as a loaner car and to resolve many other mechanical issues and keep my costs manageable for the amount of replacements and repairs that were done. I would highly recommend this Dealership for service. More
