I certainly lucked out by getting Daniel Joffe as my service rep. He's a nice guy who treats customers how he would want to be treated. I came in for my 120,000 mile service. The excellent service Jerry consistantly provides is why I return. Jerry goes above and beyond and does an excellent job. I took my camry in to be serviced. I dont trust no one, but the dealership. Map Mouth did an excellent job keeping me informed of my status of my car. So being the beginning of the busiest weekend of my life (wedding weekend), I had very little time and energy to spend. However, my car was past due for some service. Hee Soo and the other World Toyota se (wedding weekend), I had very little time and energy to spend. However, my car was past due for some service. Hee Soo and the other World Toyota service department staff were MORE than accommodating in the midst of my hectic schedule, and I dropped off my car and got it back exactly on schedule. I've been coming to World Toyota ever since I bought my 2004 Camyr SE from another Toyota dealership. Since day one, everyone at World Toyota has provided excellent customer service. The service reps provide a work-up of the vehicle and recommend any repairs that may be needed...but without the pressure. The waiting area is clean and spacious with FREE donuts and coffee :-) I was just recently told that there is free wifi in the waiting area. This will make waiting less of a waste of time since I can work while my vehicle is being serviced. Thanks World Toyota service staff! More

My 2003 Toyota Solara has been the victim of several collisions in the last several years. State Farm Insurance always has always recommended World Toyota as one of their top picks. Each time I worked with Brady Jansen at World Collision. All the staff in this office is friendly, professional and truly accommodating in every way. Brady has always gone beyond the basics in taking care of a customer, extending himself making you feel like he will do the the best job he can to accommodate your needs. This past week while my car was being worked on in Collision, I was offerred transport to Service Department so that I could have Wi-Fi access to use my laptop, which was quite important to me. While I was not being taken care of individually in Service Dept. all staff were friendly and I felt quite comfortable there. While living in various areas of Atlanta over the last 6 years of prowdly owning my Solara, I have found (just in working with Collision Department) that this location is the most comfortable and relaxing environment. Usually I have my maintenace work done in Roswell, but may try World Toyota next time, due to my very positive experiences with this past week at your facility. More
This was my first visit for service at this dealership after purchasing my used Toyota Camry. I was surprised at how nice the wait room was, with free internet access, coffee, donuts and comfortable chair after purchasing my used Toyota Camry. I was surprised at how nice the wait room was, with free internet access, coffee, donuts and comfortable chairs and nice people - compare that to my experience 2 weeks ago at a Ford dealership where I had to wait in a nasty wait room that smelled of oil, no coffee, cheap seats and rude people. No wonder American car companies are in trouble. More
