I stopped in for my 10000 mile service without an appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. He informed me it would be an hour and a half when I requested a car wash as well. 45 minutes later I appointment and was met immediately by HeeSoo. World's service department is top notch. I went in on two occasions to get add-ons for my new vehicle and they were so quick and accommodating. My recent visit with World Toyota was wonderful as always. My service rep steven did an excellent job. I knew what I wanted and I told him. I visited a dealer near my house because it seemed convenient. When I left that dealership I was very upset at the way I was treated.
