I have never utilized World Toyota prior to this visit. I brought my min-van in for some extended warranty work that could not be done by the shop that usually works on my mini-van. I was greeted immediately by Hee Soo Hong and I was very impressed by his friendly and professional demeanor. While my mini-van was at World, a full inspection was done of my mini-van and it was found that I needed new brakes. I have always been of the belief that service work would be more expensive if done by a Toyota dealer rather than an independent shop that specifically services Toyota. I was certainly wrong as the cost was the same as I was paying to an independent repair shop. I was so impressed by World Toyota, I will certainly bring my mini-van back for future work. More

This is the 5th car that we have purchased in the last ten years and the World Toyota experience was by far, the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We were really amazed at how easy the process was to make a purchase from World Toyota. Our Sales Consultant Joe Ranji was patient, polite and friendly during all of our discussions and was available to me for information whenever I needed it - both by phone and email - before and after the sale. He communicated sincerely, but without pressure you might expect, and was able to show me why his product was a better choice for me. Every other emplyee we dealt with - Jose, Andy, Will, and Mike - treated us with the same reespect and sincerelty the Joe did. We were most impressed by our meeting with GM Jack Brennan - it was a unique experience. We truely felt that we were given tremendous added value when we made our purchase at World Toyota. Honestly, I communicated with a lot of salesmen in different car dealers and found Mr. Samuel to be honest and upfront. We used to go to a car dealer everytime we needed a car but hated the sales pressure and the tricks of the trade. This time, I used the internet before going to the car dealer. The whole car buying process was smooth and quick without the sales pressure. My experience was pleasant at world Toyota and I recommend them to everybody I know. Now, I found a dealer that I feel like going back over and over again. More

As a female, I'm very skeptical about car dealers and auto repair shops because I have been swindled before by both. I have never felt taken advantage of at World Toyota. The associates there are very professional, personable and respectful... even if I have to ask a dumb question. Also, when I have limited time, they have always been very honest about how long the service will take. For example, on my last visit, I said I would love to get the oil change plus tire rotation and balance but only if it could be done in an hour. They said they could do it and the service was done in about 55 minutes. At other establishments, the associate would not have bothered to respect my time constraint, would have taken my car back and taken it apart so that I had to wait for it regardless if it was done on time. World Toyota is a 1st class operation. More

When we arrived at the dealership, all of the employees, including the manager, were very welcoming. We were pointed to Rod from one of the dealer managers and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had to wait to test drive a particular vehicle however he kept us company with good conversation until it was ready. After the test drive, there was no pressure and he did not balk at us when we started negotiating on the vehicle pricing. Even while we were working with the finance manager on the paperwork, he checked on us from time to time to make sure we were doing well. After the paperwork, he had the vehicle readily accessible so we were able to get on our way quickly with the new vehicle. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon and it seemed that all of the reps were busy, but he found someone to help me. Mayo was on her lunch break, but stopped to help me out. She spent extra time with me to gain a good understanding of what I was looking for in my next vehicle. She brought two out that she thought would work for me so I could compare them side-by-side. She also worked with me to find another vehicle that might work even better. Because of her, the experience I had at World Toyota that weekend was the best dealership experience I have ever had in over 30 years of car shopping. Part of my day-to-day job is to talk to car shoppers to learn about their pain points, expectations and needs when shopping for a vehicle. I hear a lot of the same stories over and over. For what it is worth, I would say that Mayo did everything right that Saturday. She took the time to listen to my needs and worked hard to find a vehicle that would match those needs. There was no sales pressure or any of the typical tactics I've learned to expect. I commend her for treating me like a human being and not just another mark. Now I know where to buy my next vehicle.
