I bought a Prius from World Toyota recently and have had the chance of interacting with the Service dept a couple of times. It has been nothing short of a delightful experience. I have been taking my Toyota Sienna to World Toyota for service for years (10 years) and I have not had one negative experience. I am greeted as soon as I bring my van to the service department and it's a service for years (10 years) and I have not had one negative experience. I am greeted as soon as I bring my van to the service department and it's an absolutely pleasant experience up until the time I drive away. The service I receive is excellent. My service advisor, Map Mouth, is OUTSTANDING!! He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, honest about the service my van needs. It's 10 years old and in tip, top shape! Another Toyota dealership is closer to my home; however, I feel it's worth driving the extra miles to get honest and dependable service. I honestly feel that World Toyota's top priority is my complete satisfaction. More
Since I bought my 2005 Toyota Camry at World Toyota, I have taken the car back for service at the recommended mileages. I have been telling all my friends and family about the experience. The professionalism, the courtesy and knowledgeable team left me with no worries. I could not have asked for a better sales/customer service team. Buying a car is a difficult thing for me to do. Always has been. These 3 individuals were the ultimate deal makers.
