This is a first class dealership. The customer service is impecable and the staff from top to bottom has an outstanding adherence to the highest standards of customer service. No buyer's remorse experienced whatsoever. Don't wish to sound snobby but the experience and treatment you get at World Toyota in Atlanta is something you'd expect only from a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, or Lexus level of dealership. I would go further to say that the experience at World is even superior to those mentioned because they do it with open, direct,and honest communication and interaction (not just customer service polish). Map Mouth was helpful to me on the phone (I called him twice) and in person when I arrived at the dealer.
