I called in for information on brakes for my 2001 Avalon. Stephen ? took the call, and answered my questions over the phone promptly. I asked if it was too late to get the brakes done that day (Sat.), and Stephen ? took the call, and answered my questions over the phone promptly. I asked if it was too late to get the brakes done that day (Sat.), and he said if I could bring the car in right then, he could have it done that day. I pulled into the service dept. and Stephen met me there before I could get my door opened. He was courteous and friendly, and assured me that he would have it ready when promised, and he did. The only thing that was incorrect was the billing, which didn't take into consideration my coupon for the brake job. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she referred me to another man who had stepped in to handle the issue right away. So, it was resolved without me saying anything else, and in a professional, apologetic way for the mix-up and for the delay it caused. Overall, I was very happy with the transaction.
