I have been going to World Toyota on Peachtree industrial Boulevard in Chamblee, Georgia since 2012 when I purchased my Prius there. I still question how long it should take to have my oil changed if I’ve made an appointment. I had a 2:30pm appointment and the car was ready at approximately 4:30. Another customer was checking out when I walked up to the counter and he said he had been there for three hours. I just want to know if this meets your expectations so I can plan accordingly. Thank you

Service and communication were great. I got updated when items were found that needed addressed and texted when everything was done. Check-in was very inefficient. Sat for 15 mins while 4 More
