I am referring to World Toyota at 5800 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341. I purchased my vehicle here recently and went for my first car service (oil change and tire rotation) this past Friday. This is why I was sent a link via email to leave a review for this visit. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but ended up staying over 4 hours due to a recall from 2023, which should have been resolved when I purchased the vehicle in February 2024. To make matters worse, my car was returned to me with scratches.
