Honestly, I wasn’t happy with my last visit. I only came due to them calling me because they had an oil change promotion for 39.95. I asked the lady that called me if there were any additional f I only came due to them calling me because they had an oil change promotion for 39.95. I asked the lady that called me if there were any additional fees or taxes along with the 39.95, and she said “no it will be a flat 39.95”. Once I got there, they sent me a link saying it was going to be 45.55 after taxes and fees, the issue wasn’t the additional cost. It’s the simple fact that I asked if there was an additional cost and was told no it will be a flat amount so now I had in my mind I was going to pay 45.55 but when I got up to the counter to pay , it was 46.55. Again it’s not about the cost, it’s the simple fact that the price kept changing and the man that cashed me out, couldn’t tell me why. There’s been a few times I’ve visited this dealership and have felt misled so just keep that in mind. More
