I question two tire Sensors out of four not working properly to be suspect after purchasing four tires six weeks ago. The tire sensor light came on approximately three weeks ago and his been coming on properly to be suspect after purchasing four tires six weeks ago. I drove to your location on Monday and the lines were so long I waited for 30 minutes, not even getting into the building, and I left. I went to a tire center in Tucker, Georgia and they told me the tire pressure sensor would be free at Toyota since my tire purchase was so recent. They were the ones putting air in my tires. I guess I should’ve had them replace the sensor instead of driving over to your location. and wasting my whole morning. I saw my car sitting in the back lot for a minimum of 20 minutes before I went to talk to my service rep about it sitting there. She said she had just got the paperwork. Unbelievable! Not sure I’ll ever be back to World Toyota. More

I recently visited your service center, and while I appreciate the quality of the service provided, I am disappointed with the $199 diagnostic fee ch I recently visited your service center, and while I appreciate the quality of the service provided, I am disappointed with the $199 diagnostic fee charged. I was already aware of the issue causing the oil leak in my car and did not require a detailed diagnosis. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication and a lack of clarity during the process, I ended up paying this fee unnecessarily.I believe this charge was avoidable and would kindly request a refund for the diagnostic fee. I value the service your team provides and hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your understanding. More
