while I’m glad my car received repairs, I had some of the WORST customer service from one of their reps, Paul. He gave me the run around regarding getting my car to their body shop area. Apparently the tow truck dropped my car in their lot, but instead of calling their body shop which is directly behind the dealership. He requested I pay for a tow service to move my car. Thanks to David, who works in the body shop for stepping in and handling the situation. He explained all Paul needed to do was call the body shop so they can easily move my car. I would think I huge dealership with a body shop would be able to take care of this with no issue. Especially since this was the same facility I received my car from. I had to experience all this during the Christmas Holiday, I then got a follow up from Paul express how this was all above his pay grade….. NEVER AGAIN! More
Only in for a key fob programming but the gentleman who assisted me was both efficient and very courteous. In and out in <35 minutes. Second bad experience with this dealership. First, I had an issue with getting a second key for my car, which they said they had, but later informed me they didn't. Had I bought the second key at the time of the purchase, as I originally planned, I would’ve received a better discount and avoided the back-and-forth for the past six months. They’re very slow. Don’t bother making an appointment, it won’t help. I was there for 3ish hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They do not care whatsoever.
