Our agent had poor communication. We had a scheduled appointment at 9:40. We didn’t receive our car till 3:30 We waited to speak to the manager. Kory in the service department was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, he was the only positive experience I had with this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and a t understanding. Unfortunately, he was the only positive experience I had with this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and a tire patch at 2:30pm. I arrived on time and waited about 20 minutes for someone to be able to assist me. At 2:50 we began discussing the reason for my appointment. My car was promptly taken for service, or so I thought. I was quoted 1.5-2 hours and at the 2 hour mark was informed my car had not even been taken into the bay. At the 4 hour mark, no one could even give me an idea of when my service would begin. At the 4.5 hour mark, I was informed my car had been checked out and my service was underway. I finally left at 7pm. My entire appointment was completed in about 30 minutes, which is fantastic, but waiting 5 hours for this service is absurd. This is ridiculous. More
