First time customer. I made an appointment for an oil change. My first impression was good. The service advisor did not try to over sale some useless service (spoiler.. this came later…) Cons: It took them 2:30 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. What is the point of making appointments? Just before they start to work on the car. I received a text saying that I needed 2 extra services .. some AC cleaning… and some Carbon buildups cleaning (my engine had both direct and port injection so carbon buildup should not be an issue) and they never remove any spark plug and look inside… Anyway another annoying thing they change your seat adjustments.. they changed everything seat angle, seat height and seat distance from the steering… I am 5-10 it is not like I am super short and they need to change the seat adjustment… Not every car has memory seat…. Pros: They did not try to sale me an alignment… that’s a first!!! More
My car broke down on the side of 85 headed home from Atlanta to SC. I had my Toyota Camry towed to your location. I arrived at 2:15 PM hesitant as to whether or not I would be able to get home that ni Atlanta to SC. I had my Toyota Camry towed to your location. I arrived at 2:15 PM hesitant as to whether or not I would be able to get home that night. Jeff was my customer care representative and he did a superb job helping in my return home that night. He offered to provide Lyft to me so I could get something to eat during my wait and worked very hard to make sure I was able to get my car fixed prior to the dealership closing at 7:00 PM. Excellent customer service! I am thankful to have met him and that I came to that location for my needs. More

I can’t say enough about the care shown to us by World Toyota’s service department. Eric Matson is a superhero who understood my predicament of being from out of town, got my car repaired on a busy Saturd Toyota’s service department. Eric Matson is a superhero who understood my predicament of being from out of town, got my car repaired on a busy Saturday afternoon, and kept me fully informed throughout the entire ordeal. Without this focused attention, we would have been forced to get a hotel until the shop reopened on Monday! Thank you, Eric & the entire team!!! More
