They did not offer to replace the battery, any compensation, or even say sorry, instead the associated acted like I was dumb and didn’t know how to turn my car on before believing me. I tried to purchase a Toyota Certified vehicle for my daughter, who just moved to Atlanta, and felt taken advantage of by World Toyota. The price they advertised on their website was $19,400. Their website specifically promised: "Dealer Doc fee of $999.00 is included in advertised sales price." This is NOT TRUE. They added it in the quote. I've never had a dealership add so many hidden expenses. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of an out-of-state dad trying to help his daughter get into a safer car.
