This was my first time at this location and my experience with Philip Vo was great. He provided great customer service and was thorough and very helpful. The reason for 4 stars overall, instead of 5 was not because of Philip. It was because it took a long time for them to service my car. My car was there for 5 hours. I didn't have an appt, so maybe that's why. Because I knew I didn't have an appt and I saw that it was very busy, I was very patient and understanding. However, I overheard others in the waiting room saying they took a long time. Also, after leaving, I had to go back because they didn't reset the "Maintenance Required" alert on the dashboard, nor did they give me a new sticker with my next service appt date. However, when I came back they took care of it right away. More
Called to make an appt at 9:30 AM for an engine light notification that covered my MPH on my dash. Schedulers mention I’m due for my 65,000 mi check. I agree to *add* this to my appt. I come on time, sit notification that covered my MPH on my dash. Schedulers mention I’m due for my 65,000 mi check. I agree to *add* this to my appt. I come on time, sit for 2 hours, get checked out, and the rep takes me to my car. She turns it on in front of me, with the same notification I originally created the appt for. Turns out they only did the 65,000 maintenance check - a tire rotation and filter change. Even if they forgot to do what I *literally made the appt for*, how could this 65,000 mi check have been thorough and not caught my engine issue? I’m taken back inside where I’m told it’ll be another 3 hours and she’ll try to get me a discount for my troubles. Long story long, I get a $15 ‘discount’ on a $750 bill. Diabolical first of all to charge almost $800 for a $75 coolant hose. I get charging for labor but something tells me the expert mechanic doesn’t get paid $300/hour. (Ended up taking 2 hours to replace) If anyone has happened to read this far, thanks for entertaining my complaints. I will, respectfully, never be back. More

Brought in car for somewhere water leaking in and mold popping up. Even though rack rails are in recall they didn’t replace them and just said they couldn’t find the leak.
