We had a direct personal conversation on Monday 05/06 in which I was not satisfied with your follow up handling and expressed my concerns. You then followed up on with this comment and a canned email asking me if I had any concerns you could address - as if we did not already speak directly. That adds further insult to injury. Your tone-deaf responses solidify the lack of customer service at your dealership.
