I was first met by a very pleasant man who took the initial report as to why I was there. He turned me over to Alana who went above and beyond throughout the day to not only provide a ride for me to an initial report as to why I was there. He turned me over to Alana who went above and beyond throughout the day to not only provide a ride for me to and from my home while I waited but was able to make my bill more affordable than was originally quoted. She kept me informed, she was polite and very friendly and very professional. I have been unhappy with my personal mechanic for a while now and I am really glad that I decided to try the dealership again. More

Purchased a vehicle in February 2024. I did my research on the vehicle of interest and ready to make the purchase, so overall experience while at the dealer was pretty swift and easy. At time of purchase - signing the paperwork, I asked if the bank will be sending me all the details of my auto loan + payment details/options. 2. I also specifically requested to transfer my existing license plate from my traded-in vehicle to the new one. The finance person stated yes to both, no problem! A few weeks later, I received a new plate instead of a registration/plate transfer. A few weeks after that, I received a call from the loan servicer stating that they got an undelivered mail when sending the loan docs; found out that they had the wrong address. Not sure where the misunderstanding was, I reviewed the paperwork I had from the dealer, and the information was accurate. I was also informed that I had missed my 1st payment (for March); late fees was going to be imposed. Had the bank not call or I answered the call from an unrecognized number; I would have unknowingly be charged late fee for their mishandling of customer's info! This was not a good purchase experience with World Toyota! More
I was not going to shop at World Toyota because their score on Dealer Rater is under 4.5, but I’m so glad I decided to reach out anyway. Wanting to narrow down dealerships quickly and only go test drive score on Dealer Rater is under 4.5, but I’m so glad I decided to reach out anyway. Wanting to narrow down dealerships quickly and only go test drive the car I planned to buy, I called around multiple dealerships on a Friday morning to see if the car I wanted was available on the lot. The sales rep I spoke with, Sean Glenn, impressed me from the beginning. Not only did he locate the two cars I was looking for, but he also sent me the spec sheet with out the door pricing and filmed a video of each car so I could determine if I wanted to see them in person. Some other dealerships wouldn’t even tell me if the vehicle I wanted was available unless I visited the dealership. Sean was very responsive to questions over text and was available to show us the car we wanted the very next morning. He and his manager were fair in the negotiation process, and we walked away with a great car! Also, the finance director, Mikael Hays, was great as well. The only downside was we spent four hours at the dealership, but that should be expected for a Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend Sean Glenn and World Toyota! More
