Assistant service manager Glen and service manager wants thier higher commision by adding unecessary and unrelated shop charges.This is a big scam by adding those charges even it was not notifed me when service agent wrotea sercice contract. I ask him he told me that it would be adjusted at the invoice time. I was just asking 10% service discount as advertise by world toyota for aftternoon service. Not for oil change but for Tire balance. I am coming at your delear ship for service of my both toyotas for last several years eventhough Aylanta toyota is only 3 miles from my home. I live in duluth.
