I had an appointment on March 11 for 4:30pm. I was there on time. I was got a phone call a little over an hour later saying that they were too busy to get to my car. I understand that you can be busy, but do a better job of letting them know ahead of time. I wasted my evening taking my car for nothing. Then I was asked to bring it back. It's not easy to make time to bring my car in. If I do, it typically means I moved my schedule around and made arrangements to make it work. You need to have better solutions than sorry, we couldn't get to it, please bring it back on a different day. Keep my car and give me a rental. Do something. Philip Vo was great and had excellent customer service. What happened does not reflect on his work and service. I consider it poor management. I was not given a discount or anything for my waste of time, yet I still returned to give you guys undeserved business. It's hit or miss because some days you guys are considerate and stick to what you say; other days, you waste a significant amount of time and don't take ownership of your mistakes.
