Came in for and oil change and tire rotation since the maintenance required and low tire pressure lights were on. I don't know what is wrong with this dealership but it takes forever to response. Look if you don't want to response by email. Pick up your phone and make a call or ask to come in. Sales folks here always delay their response till the weekend and passive-aggressively ask you to come out to the dealership. If you are going to ignoring on email, just close the email communication chain . Stop being passive about it. Ignoring and delaying your customer email about it won't leave a good impression. Not sure if that's how this dealership trained theirs sales to act passive-aggressively and ignoring all email communication but that's how I've dealt with 2 of sales folks here.
