All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation that I had a free coupon for. The service advisor recommended a bunch of other things I needed for my car that was over $300. Also she recommended that I get my tires balanced which would be more money. I got new tires 1 year ago and my car is smooth when I drive. I don’t need my tires balanced. I called my dad who used to work in the service department at another car dealership and he said I don’t need all that. Just get the oil change and tire rotation. After about 2 hours and 30 minutes later my car was ready. Not a pleasant experience. I guess since they weren’t making any money off of me, I wasn’t a priority for them. Not sure if I’ll return, even with a free coupon. More

I came to have my car oil changed. I booked an appointment at 12:45, but I got there around 12:15PM. I did not get my car back until 2:30. I am not sure why it took more than 2 hours. In addition, the advisor did not communicate well, and I had to go look for him around 2:15 because I was getting anxious. Also, I almost got charged for $330 for something related to my hood, which the advisor did not explained very well. The price was above 300$ so please at least try to put some effort into it rather than saying "oh it just for your hood" and let the customer figure it out themselves. The overall rate working with Kory is bad. Highly not recommend him in the future especially if you just want to get your oil changed. More
