Dealership doesn't display or lack initiative and team work via phone and in person. My car was left over night for repairs, due to my representative falling ill. Being not at work to assist me, it was li work via phone and in person. My car was left over night for repairs, due to my representative falling ill. Being not at work to assist me, it was like pulling teeth to get a coworkers to help me receive my vehicle back. I had to call the previous representative from his sick bed. We both left numerous messages to the service center concerning the matter. After finally arriving to the call center, I took it apon my self to tell one older Rep. the situation. He did assist me to finally get my vehicle after about an hour after noon, he noted while away from the desk there probably were messages left concerning said matters. Note since morning, I had been speaking with different services Rep over the phone and they all pretended to be clueless or I got disconnected after a long wait. One who claimed to understand repeatedly called out the wrong male model and color of my vehicle. Guess he was supposed to be answering another caller because he hung up on me after realizing wrong customer. So I'm calling back again on hold for the uptenth time. I repeatedly called and left messages numerous times. No one ever called back. Except the at home sick Rep that just could speak, poor guy... This is how my Christmas weekend started, very disappointing and so sad service. Not to mention the cost was over eight hundred. You would think me seeing over twenty Reps in the service department, the service would have been more proficient...smh! I think they mostly avoided eye contact and answering phone calls, so customers would not randomly ask for assistance. Never seen so many grown men avoiding assisting, in one place of business. LoL... Happy Holidays! More
I visited today World of Toyota for my regular maintenance. The advisor who I worked wit was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked my tires and recommended replacement of all 4 tires. I didn’t plan tire replacement but he offered me a god deal - get 4 tires and pay 3 so I accepted the offer. I got 4 new Dunlop tires for $650. The communication was great and the service was pretty fast. More
All the staff members from the sales person to the financial services to the collision department and the service department were efficient and knowledgeable. I really have two people that stood out f financial services to the collision department and the service department were efficient and knowledgeable. I really have two people that stood out for me and that is the Mitchel in the finance department. He went out of his way to make the experience pleasurable. I also want to get acknowledge Karen Stafford in the collision department. She handled herself well when I was impatient and wanted my car. She never raised her voice and when she couldn’t do any more she reached out to her supervisor for assistance. She never showed any ill will towards me after my yelling at her. More

Not only me but my whole family have Toyota too, but we won't do business with you again. My case number is #230914001347 The transmission broke on My 2019 Toyota Camry with only 73K and it's been waiting for a new Transmission since September 12th, 2023. so, it's been more than three months. until now they do not have a date for the part to be delivered. I am very disappointed with how they treated me when I called the headquarters and complained. Also, I have been paying for my rental car since then because they refused to give me one. More
I waited in my car for 15 minutes before someone greeted me, even though employees were standing around not doing anything. The service person told me it would be 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, which was OK with me, but I never received any text updates even at the 2 3/4 hour mark and when the vehicle was completed. I saw the vehicle being driven to the completion area. My representative was kind enough to proactively comp my oil change for the excessive wait, but I know World Toyota is capable of providing a much better customer experience if they gave it some thought. I'd be happy to discuss my experience in detail with the service manager to suggest some specific improvements. More
