Worst experience I've ever had, not enough words to say what happened regarding warranty fix for my panoramic sunroof. From the service Dir taking credit for Toyota 'gifting' the $10K repair (not true), to what happened regarding warranty fix for my panoramic sunroof. From the service Dir taking credit for Toyota 'gifting' the $10K repair (not true), to him telling me my friend who owned several Atl dealerships 'was a no one, just someone who USED to own a Toyota dealership' (he owned 2 & is well known, well respected in the Toyota world) to then being helpful until the work was completed & I did the survey. Once I submitted the survey & told him I had done so, he became rude & never once followed up w/me about the work done. My new panoramic sunroof was installed & just 3 days ago, I happened to have reason to look carefully. There is wet, for lack of better term, adhesive, liner ripped, rust very apparent. Sebastian told me when I brought it in when the sunroof malfunctioned there were no issues reported. YES THERE ARE MANY issues w/the panoramic sunroof reported. My car was THREE WEEKS out of warranty. Service Dir kept reminding me how grateful i should be - 'remember, your car was out of warranty'. Shall I go on??????? Had routine service done while car was there - my car has never run as poorly as it is currently. I asked about the windshield wipers. They check everything but NOT the wipers??? I had to ask a few times for printout of current status for brakes, tires, etc.. I don't believe they even checked my car for anything & who knows if the oil was really changed w/how poorly car is running now (2020 Camry XLE w/21K miles)..... I'll stop now... I wasn't going to do a review but given the rudeness, the change in attitude once survey was done & no follow-up to see how panoramic sunroof is functioning now, I've waited long enough. I picked the car up right after Christmas 2023. More

Love this location and each time I come I get to know the team better. And each team member i get meet, know what to do keep the participants satisfied and confident, I never feel forgotten.
