I responded privately to you giving you my contact information. I apologize for the lateness in seeing this; however, if you'd like to 'make this right', I will leave it up to YOU to contact ME. Giving me your email address does nothing. Today is March 8th, we'll see..... it convinces me even more that World Toyota is NOT the place for me because after everything I had to say about my experience, you certainly could have asked John for my contact information. Perhaps it didn't occur to you he'd have it???

On March 8th, I responded to you giving you my contact information b/c it really is up to YOU to contact ME. I tried once to contact you to no avail. I have not heard a word from you since Feb 20, 2024. I'm not in your database? I've had my car serviced at World Toyota a few times and regardless of that, II had my panoramic sunroof replaced at World Toyota so to tell me I'm not in your database???? This just proves my point about my experience with World Toyota. If I don't hear from you by close of day Monday, March 25th, 2024, I will call Toyota & share my experience with World Toyota directly. I think giving this well over a month with no contact from you is enough.
