I arrived at 5:45 and was greeted by Tyler with a K. I let him know I was capable and so I did but when I did, an appointment popped up for 6pm for the day of so of course I clicked it because I worked the following day. I quickly booked it and went inside. All of the employees, two outside and a few inside seemed upset when I said I had booked it today but if the computer allowed it, how am I to be the enemy? Criston told me that Yasmin would be right with me. We did the walk around of my car and they took it to the back while I waited in the waiting area. While i waited, I received an invitation asking if I wanted to add a clean & brake adjustment for 69.99 which was funny after they claimed the oil change was a hard enough task. Anyways , my service advisor came to get me saying my car was ready at 6:35 and I asked her if they topped my fluids. She left the desk to confirm or so I thought and came back to say yes. I paid almost $60 , asked several other questions and departed. From there, I drove straight to Kennesaw to meet my parents for dinner and asked my daddy to test drive my car because I had also purchased tires this day prior to arriving to the dealership. After the drive, he lifted the hood to find residue everywhere as well as the lid to the coolant area not clipped on and I have a picture of. In addition, the fluids that she claimed were topped off were empty. I feel disrespected because I paid full price for this service and they gave me half service and lied to my face. I don’t understand why they did such a sloppy incomplete job when I arrived much before 7. I would truly like a refund just for the lies and incomplete service of what I had chosen AND I NEVER WANT SERVICE FROM THIS TOYOTA EVER AGAIN. More

I was charged for services I did not request. They tried to sell me tires? I said no, when I looked at my bill later, I was charged with an alignment (which I did not authorize) They tried to sell me tires?
