Please tell Lisa Edwards: Phenomenal Woman for years. I've always came to her to assist me in purchasing a car. But the service that I had with these guys to do work on my car was HORRIBLE. No response I had to stand up to ask. What in the blank is going on after 3 hours later? Lisa Edwards needs to be the instructor to teach every employee. Her kindness, that woman is an a phenomenal superb outstanding employee. Nobody check on me until I said I had enough. I just needed to leave. I forgot to even get the young man's name.
