Unfortunately, I responded too soon with my review. I picked up my car on Wednesday and by Friday morning all of the oil had leaked out of my car because the master tech did not tighten or put the drain plug on the car. I was driving and the oil warning light kept flashing and dinging. Having no oil in your car can cause engine failure and total your entire car. This negligence caused me to have to reschedule appointments and other disruptions to my day. I have been going to this dealership's service department from across town for over five years but due to their negligence, I will not be returning.

I don’t often miss a good deal but I failed to take Isaiah, my rep, advice to change the windshield wipers. Today’s tiny mist showed me I needed them replaced & the price @AutoZone was $15 higher that Isaiah quoted. “Could’da, would’da, should’da.”
