Service was unusually poor. Parts sold me the wrong key (a standard instead of a smart key) on a Friday. Service refused to see me the next day, Saturday, to program the key whi Parts sold me the wrong key (a standard instead of a smart key) on a Friday. Service refused to see me the next day, Saturday, to program the key which I did not yet know was incorrect. When I returned on Tuesday after 1.5 hours the tech reported that the key was not a smart key and asked me where I had gotten it as though I had made a mistake. Parts then charged me another fee for the smart key key and refused to make a price adjustment for their error. I had to wait a total of 3.5 hours for programming of both keys on a working day for me. I had planned to buy a new Toyota vehicle from this dealership, but that is now on hold.. More
