There was a recall on the airbag system of our 2021 Toyota Corolla.. Took it to this dealership and they clearly were aware of this situation. They took the car - fixed the problem in a very timely manner and checked everything else to see if anything else needed servicing. There was no charge for anything as the problem originated with the manufacturer. Everyone I encountered was super professional and efficient. Impressive! Thank you everyone. More

I was trying to wait until I didn’t have any dealings left with this dealership to leave this review, but I am to my end with letting it slide. I purchased a car on December 30th, 2024. As of today (3/21 left with this dealership to leave this review, but I am to my end with letting it slide. I purchased a car on December 30th, 2024. As of today (3/21/25), I still do not have my tag or title. My SECOND temp tag expires in 7 days. Our experience with this dealership has been nothing short of awful. I found this car on a Sunday night, and the next morning we drove 4 hours to purchase the car. I will try to give a short version of the story, but I have never had so much trouble dealing with a dealership. The tires on this car were unsafe. There were wires showing and chunks taken out. Do you know what they offered us? Nothing. They had no intention of helping us when they knew we had a 4-hour drive back home. I think we eventually came to the agreement of $300 off the list price to “cover the tires”. Mind you, we arrived at this dealership around 3pm on that day, and we didn’t get to leave until almost 8pm. This knocked us out of being able to use our bank. The salesman would spend 15-20 minutes at a time “working on our offer” with another guy and wasted so much of our time. Also, our test drive maybe lasted 5-10 minutes. It was literally around their square. We never got to go on the interstate. I should also mention that they "detailed" my car while we were waiting. If you all had seen the amount of dog hair and crumbs in the car after they "detailed" it. You'd be embarrassed to be a part of their "detail" crew. Also, if you didn't know.. this dealership leaves a tracker on your vehicle. They claim to disconnect it, but it's pretty off that the green light stays on. Which really, they must spend a ton of money on trackers if they are just "disconnecting" them instead of taking them off the vehicle to reuse them. So fast forward to the next day, we spent $750 on tires. We fully take on that responsibility but just know that is how bad the tires were. My first temp tag was soon to expire, so we had to call them to get another one. I waited an appropriate amount of time, and I called them on Valentine’s weekend. They claimed they sent the information out two weeks before that. I called again on 2/27/25 and was told I would be called the next morning. I was not. I called back multiple times, and the title clerk never returned or answered my calls. He eventually claimed the paperwork was sent to the vendor. I emailed the manager on 2/28/25 letting him know I hadn’t heard anything, and what do you know… I got a call back from the title clerk. He claimed there was an issue with the check they had sent, so they must resend it. He claimed I should have my tag within a week. I told them I would follow up on March 7th, 2025. I emailed the manager and the title clerk’s manager letting them know I still hadn’t received my tag. The office manager, Wendy, replied to let me know we are now waiting on the county turnaround time. She claimed it should be done by 3/21/25. She stated the paperwork was at the county office. Little does she know, my husband and I both work for our county, so my husband called them. They did receive the paperwork on 3/6/25. One day before she emailed me. One day before I was told I’d get my tag. Our county clerk’s office let my husband know they sent the information back to World Toyota. So here I am on 3/21/25 still in limbo. No tag. No title. I don’t have anything. My temp tag runs out in 7 days. If you are out of state, I beg you, do not give this dealership the time of day. I’m sure there are missing pieces to my story that I am forgetting, but I am so sick of dealing with this. This has given me so much unnecessary stress. I check my mail every day expecting to have my tag or title. Jokes on me. More
Glen has been my man since day 1 with my new Toyota. He provides excellent service and honestly very chill and straightforward. Knows what I want, get in me in, get me out. Simple and easy. Everyone here has only been nice to me and always leave me with a good happy feeling. My only complaint with this service place is the time it takes to do the work. I feel no matter or not if i make an appointment, I have been put in situations that take WAY longer for a simple job (oil change or even a recall). I used to do everything like tire rotations and air filters etc etc, but overtime, I just learn to do them myself. No way does it take 3-4 hours to change one's oil + filter. Their competitors like Curry Honda and Hennessy Lexus that I also go to with my other cars are even faster and deal with more complicated services. More
